With the execution of the periodic inspections we are able to manage everything for your no matter if it is underwater or at places, which are difficult to reach. In this context, we offer inspection personnel with the following qualifications: 

• Welding engineers
• FROSIO Level 3
• ZfP personnel according to DIN EN ISO 9712 & DGR 2014/68/EU
• Industrial climbers (FISAT Level 1-3)

All employees in our company have an offshore suitability according to GWO standard.

As an independent expert we monitor the conditions of the wind energy farm during the operation phase to ensure the validity of the operating permission. 

The execution of the periodic inspections for offshore structures is based on the BSH standard "Constructive design of offshore wind turbines" (2015). We inspect the entire frame structure (tower and foundations, above and under water) for corrosion, cracks, preloading of bolted connections and unacceptable scour.

Our scope of periodic inspections includes the following services:

• Inspection of all steel structural components
• Fan door tests according to VDS 2380
• Hygiene inspections of HVAC systems according to VDI 6022
• ROV investigation
• Coating Testing (FROSIO)
• Testing of bolted connections
• Inspection of grout compounds

With the support of our partners we ensure the provision of an approved certifier / verifier according to BSH standard "Constructive design of offshore wind turbines" (2015)

We are testing on substations and wind energy farms. Above the water surface to the tower flange and below the water surface to the sea floor. 

The tests are made to identify and reduce damage potentials. The stability of the structure, the safety devices and the machines are tested.

This also includes the inclusion of currently valid regulations, authorizations, requirements and standards.
