At the first inspection, the survey team determined the actual position of the existing foundation via a tachymeter survey. With knowledge of the dimensions, a plan was made to rebuild the foundation. The procedure was coordinated with the customer via a method statement, and just a few days later, the alignment and installation of the newly manufactured foundation plates for the new mounting device was completed.
