The subject of the offshore survey was the determination of the geographical position and altitude of the helicopter landing deck. The Bundesamt für Seeschifffahrt und Hydrographie, by reference to the document “Allgemeine Verwaltungsvorschrift zur Genehmigung der Anlage und des Betriebs von Hubschrauberflugplätzen (AVV-HFP)”, sets out the requirements for measuring the position of the helicopter deck. The results were reported to the competent aviation authority as latitude and longitude in degrees, minutes and seconds.
Again, we were able to prove our know-how with the usual precision and implement this measurement on time.
